October 19 - November 2, 2019

15 Days / 14 Nights

(Roundtrip from New York)

Day 1

New York (EMBARK) ~ Depart 4:00 PM

Everyone loves New York and there are a million reasons why. Here are but a few: the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, the Ellis Island National Monument, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim Museum, Times Square, Broadway, Greenwich Village, 5th Avenue and Central Park.

Days 2 - 4

At Sea

It’s a new day on Norwegian Dawn. After extensive upgrades ranging from renovations of existing spaces to the introduction of brand new venues, she’s practically a new ship. Now you can enjoy Los Lobos, an authentic Mexican cantina and O’Sheehan’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill, serving up sports highlights (and pints) all night. Stroll over to The Cellars – A Michael Mondavi Family Wine Bar and then pop into Sugarcane for a refreshing mojito – or two. Get ready to experience a brand new Norwegian Dawn.

Day 5

Oranjestad, Aruba ~ 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Incredibly white sands and cobalt blue seas make the small island of Aruba a popular destination. In the bustling freeport town of Oranjestad, sherbet-colored Dutch colonial buildings, draped in bougainvillea, oleander and hibiscus are simply picturesque. Small, but informative museums relate the island's history.

    Day 6

Willemstad, Curacao ~ 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Walk around this quaint harbor town and you'll think you've travelled back in time to Old Amsterdam. Admire the colorful Dutch architecture and take advantage of the excellent shopping. Relax on 17-century veranda with a drink made with the famous Curacao liqueur.

      Day 7

Kralendijk, Bonaire ~ 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Speak Papiamentu? That's OK. English and Dutch are also used in Kralendijk, the capital of Bonaire, an island nestled in the Caribbean Netherlands. This spot offers an abundance of water activities from coral reef diving to kayaking, catamaran sailing and 4X4 safari adventures.

        Days 8

        St. George's Grenada ~ 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The capital of Grenada is as foot-friendly a city as they come. In the heart of the city is bustling Market Square. Once used for slave trading and political rallies, today you’ll find farmers and vendors selling the fruits of their labor – literally. From fresh, local produce, herbs and spices such as nutmeg, ginger and cocoa to original arts & crafts. There’s also no shortage of history here. Built in 1704 by the French, Grenada’s National Museum is one of the oldest structures in town. Then there’s historic Anglican Church constructed in 1825. If you prefer discovering treasures of a tropical kind, you’ll find the perfect little paradise at St. George’s Harbour.

          Day 9

Bridgetown, Barbados ~ 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The most British of all the Caribbean islands, games of cricket are as common here as the typical island water sports. Visit the third-oldest Parliament in the entire Commonwealth. Stroll the inviting beaches of Carlisle Bay, tour a rum factory, or visit the historical Garrison area. Bridgetown is the only city outside continental North America that George Washington visited. The George Washington House, the actual house where he stayed, is now part of the Garrison Historic Area. View Shopping Guide (Current shopping maps available onboard.)

          Day 10

Castries, St. Lucia ~ 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Basseterre, St. Kitts ~ 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Although founded by the French in 1627, St. Kitts is a very British paradise where cricket and tea are the norm. The dramatic mixed island landscape is rimmed in gold-sand beaches and dotted with well-preserved plantations left over from when the island was covered with sugar cane. View Shopping Guide (Current shopping maps available onboard.)
