Day 1

Los Angeles, California ~ 4:00 PM

Check out the scene at Venice Beach. Spot a celebrity or two on Rodeo Drive. Take a walk down the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Explore the La Brea Tar Pits or Getty Center. Or spend the day at one of L.A.'s world-famous theme parks.

 

Day 2

At Sea

Day 3

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico ~ 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Cabo's signature landmark is El Arco ("The Arch"), a rock formation at the tip of "Land's End." The jewel of the Baja Peninsula is famous for its world-class sportfishing, as well as its high-end resorts and exclusive gated communities that line an area simply called "the Corridor."

 

Day 4

At Sea

Norwegian Star feature up to 10 bars and lounges, each with its own unique vibe. Gather at Gatsby's Champagne Bar for a sunset toast or try the international selection of beers at the outdoor Bier Garten.

 

Day 5

Acapulco, Mexico ~ 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

As one of Mexico's oldest coastal tourist destinations, Acapulco has much to offer both tourist and traveler. Shop, swim or simply take a siesta on the beach. But be sure not to miss the legendary La Quebrada cliff divers.

 

Day 6

At Sea

Serving a wide variety of culinary delights to please every palate, our complimentary dining options include two main dining rooms, a help-yourself buffet and a variety of casual cafés, grills and on-the-go choices. Plus, our Main Dining Rooms offer a menu that changes daily, Chef's Signature Dishes and carefully selected wine recommendations, guaranteeing a different culinary adventure with every visit.

 

Day 7

Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala ~ 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

This port city was constructed in 1984 to help connect nearby cities. Travelers often venture out to Antigua, a 90-minute trek to where 17th century colonial facades beckons and Guatemalan history comes alive.

 

Day 8

San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua ~ 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Situated along the Pacific in southwestern Nicaragua, the coastal town of San Juan Del Sur is one of the country’s most popular vacation destinations. Discover local boutiques, delicious cuisine and beautiful landscape through a wide range of activities and tours. Whether horseback riding through a lush forest, gliding across emerald waters on a catamaran or catching some waves at one of the world-class surfing spots, everyone can find a piece of paradise in San Juan Del Sur.

 

Day 9

Puntarenas, Costa Rica ~ 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Stroll the seaport town with its multi-colored cottages and local markets. Head to Carara Tropical Rainforest to explore exotic flora and fauna with a naturalist guide. Or opt for a tour of San Jose – home of the Teatro Nacional and Museo del Oro.

 

Day 10

At Sea

When it comes to the entertainment on Norwegian Star, there’s never a dull moment. Tickle your funny bone with the hilarious musings of The Second City, Chicago's legendary improv comedy group. Find out whodunit during our Presumed Murder Luncheon. Or enjoy an evening of knee-slapping laughter alongside stand up comics and unicycle-riding jugglers inside Stardust Theatre. It’s showtime. All the time.

 

Day 11

Daylight Transit Panama Canal

Experience one of the world's best short cuts! Journey 40 miles through the Panama Canal for an unforgettable experience. Witness first-hand one of the world's manmade short cuts that has changed travel and the transport of goods worldwide.

 

Day 12

Cartagena, Colombia ~ 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

The old walled city of Cartagena reflects a turbulent history of conquistadors and pirates. Climb "las murallas" for an unforgettable view of the harbor. Shop for emeralds and leather goods along the cobblestone streets of this enchanting city. 

Days 13 - 14

At Sea

From top to bottom and from bow to stern, Norwegian Star ships have enough onboard activities to fill every minute of your cruise. Indulge in a refreshing swim, cocktail or ice cream treat at The Oasis Pool. Wanna get lucky? Bet it all at our award-winning Casinos at Sea®. Miami's amazing medley of cultures and flashy urban settings makes it a scene to be seen. Visit the trendy Art Deco district of South Beach, Calle Ocho in Little Havana, the super-upscale neighborhoods of Coconut Grove and Coral Gables and the unique ecosystem of the Everglades.

An initial deposit of $350 per person double occupancy or $700 per person single occupancy is required in order to secure reservations and assign cabins. Final payment is due by October 30, 2018. Those who book early get the best prices and the best cabin locations.
