Carnival Cruises on the
Carnival Triumph

September 29 - October 6, 2019
8 Days / 7 Nights

(Roundtrip from New York)

New York ~ Boston ~ Portland ~ Saint John ~ Halifax ~ New York

For the benefit of guests who pack their appetites, let’s start with BlueIguana Cantina, our taco and burrito hot-spot. (Or mild-spot, if that’s more your style.) Burger lovers should direct their taste buds to Guy’s Burger Joint, where they’ll be delighted by original burgers and fries designed by the guy himself — celebrity chef Guy Fieri.
Cruisers thirsting for something a little different will be well-served by our bar lineup, including Alchemy Bar, where highly-trained bartenders “prescribe” custom cocktails made with exotic, unexpected ingredients and compelling flavors. SkyBox Sports Bar will satisfy your thirst as well as your taste for competition, featuring live scores, televised sporting events and video game titles. The friendly-rivals RedFrog Rum Bar and BlueIguana Tequila Bar may let you choose colors, sides, and favorite cocktail styles... but both promise a little something cool to enjoy in the sun.

September 29 - October 6, 2019
8 Days / 7 Nights

(Roundtrip from New York)

Day 1

New York ~ Depart 4:00 PM

New York City comprises 5 boroughs sitting where the Hudson River meets the Atlantic Ocean. At its core is Manhattan, a densely populated borough that’s among the world’s major commercial, financial and cultural centers. Its iconic sites include skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building and sprawling Central Park. Broadway theater is staged in neon-lit Times Square.

Day 2

Fun Day at Sea

To compare the IMAX experience to “just seeing a movie” is like calling a Carnival cruise “just a vacation.” It sounds about right… but experienced folks know better. That’s why stepping into the IMAX Theatre you’ll find on a Carnival cruise is more like taking a brief escape from life. On the other side of the amazing screen you’ll find a world of first-run Hollywood blockbusters, recent hit films and IMAX documentaries, all in a huge format that makes normal theaters look like your smartphone screen. And the very first IMAX Theatre at sea? Nowhere else but Carnival Vista.

Day 3

Boston ~ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Boston is Massachusetts’ capital and largest city. Founded in 1630, it’s one of the oldest cities in the U.S. The key role it played in the American Revolution is highlighted on the Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile walking route of historic sites that tells the story of the nation’s founding. One stop, former meeting house Faneuil Hall, is a popular marketplace.

Day 4

Portland ~ 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Portland is a city in the U.S. state of Maine, set on a peninsula extending into Casco Bay. The Old Port waterfront features working fishing wharves and converted warehouses with restaurants and shops. Nearby, the Western Promenade is a public park atop a bluff, offering river and mountain views. Its surrounding district, the West End, is full of Victorian-era homes, including the Victoria Mansion museum.

Day 5

Saint John ~ 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Saint John is a city on the Bay of Fundy, in New Brunswick, Canada. It’s known for the Reversing Rapids, a phenomenon caused by bay tides colliding with the Saint John River. Food and craft stalls fill the Saint John City Market, in an 1876 building. On a peninsula nearby, trails wind through Irving Nature Park’s salt marshes, volcanic rock and forests. The 1913 Imperial Theatre stages plays, concerts and dance.

Day 6

Halifax ~ 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Halifax is a British bank operating as a trading division of Bank of Scotland, itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group. It is named after the town of Halifax, West Yorkshire where it was founded as a building society in 1853.

Day 7

Fun Day at Sea

Tossing dough is an age-old art passed down the generations. Lucky for you, someone passed us the secret to the perfect pie. While aboard, this is the place that will shiver your timbers and warm you to the bone, 24 hours a day, with a Margherita, Funghi, Prosciutto, Pepperoni or Quatttro Formaggi pizza served with a delicious Caesar salad. Savvy? Then it’s the pirates’ life for you!
