1. Each cruise line has its own deposit policy. Depending on the cruise, you select, the deposit may be $350 - $1,200.
2. Final payment is due 100 -120 days prior to departure on cruises.
3. We will be happy to bill your group members individually if you wish.
4. Cancellations are refunded based on the cruise line’s policy.

1. Please call us toll free nationwide at 1-800-423-0247 and our travel consultants will explain all the details of each trip.
2. Your initial deposit requirement is $200.00 per bus on most motorcoach tours. This is a RISK FREE deposit and fully refundable up to 45 days prior to departure. There are exceptions and the policy for the tour you select will be defined on your confirmation. An additional $50.00 per person should be paid as soon as possible (no later than 90 days prior to departure). At that time, your hotel names and addresses will be confirmed so you may forward them to your group members.
3. An additional $50.00 per person is due 60 days prior to departure.
4. Your room list and final balance are due 45 days prior to departure.
5. Add-ons will be taken up to the day before departure, subject to availability.
6. We provide a full refund for up to 4 passengers up to day of departure provided the minimum number of 35 paying passengers is met (excepting pre-paid tickets). There are no refunds under 30 paying passengers. No refunds once the trip has begun. Cancellation insurance is available.

AIR TOURS LAS VEGAS AND HAWAII

1. A $200.00 per person nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your seats. A minimum of 20 passengers is required to qualify for a group reservation.
2. Final balance with room list is due 75 days prior to departure. The airlines' cancellation and refund policy applies under 60 days prior to departure.
