- Your initial deposit requirement
is $200.00 per bus on most motorcoach
tours. This is a RISK FREE
deposit and fully refundable up to
45 days prior to departure. There
are exceptions and the policy for
the tour you select will be defined
on your confirmation. An
additional $50.00 per person should
be paid as soon as possible (no later
than 90 days prior to departure).
At that time, your hotel names and
addresses will be confirmed so you
may forward them to your group
members.
- An additional $50.00 per person
is due 60 days prior to departure.
- Your room list and final balance
are due 45 days prior to departure.
- Add-ons will be taken up to the
day before departure, subject to
availability.
- We provide a full refund for up
to 4 passengers up to day of departure
provided the minimum number
of 35 paying passengers is met
(excepting pre-paid tickets). There
are no refunds under 30 paying
passengers. No refunds once the
trip has begun. Cancellation
insurance is available.
AIR TOURS
LAS VEGAS AND HAWAII
- A $200.00 per person nonrefundable
deposit is required to
hold your seats. A minimum of
20 passengers is required to qualify
for a group reservation.
- Final balance with room list is
due 75 days prior to departure.
The airlines' cancellation and
refund policy applies under 60
days prior to departure.
OTHER AIR TOURS
Other air tours are subject to
different deposit policies, depending
on the tour. Call for policies on
the tour you select.
